Selling Agent

Selling agent Rick Trippe is referring to it as a “sizzling September auction” and this listing has certainly got the house hunting to a crowd hot under the collar.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom family home at 11 Eugenia St in Nightcliff was the most viewed property on realestate.com.au over the past seven days.
“I’ve had quite a bit of inquiry and it’s only been a few days. I’m expecting a lot of interest over the weekend,” he said, adding that when the property goes under the hammer on September 26 it should fetch more than $800,000.

The residence

On a quiet street in the popular suburb 10km from Darwin’s CBD, the updated solid brick house on 923sq m ticks plenty of boxes for Top End buyers.

“It’s all on one level so that’s quite appealing, there is a beautiful pergola, perfect for entertaining and even two garden sheds; a ‘his’ and ‘hers’ so they’ll be no arguments!”

The residence is privately screened by tall bushy trees and exotic palms and there is plenty of tropical greenery and an in-ground saltwater pool on the big block.

Beyond the electric security gate, the cozy home has there are two undercover spots in the carport and loads of room for a boat or more.

“Our seller has a very big boat and that’s why there is a nice wide gate at the entrance. You can just back your boat up there and the home is not too far from the boat ramp,” Mr. Trippe said.

Inside the home features an open-plan layout with a grand combined living and dining room off the kitchen and the whole space opens out via large sliding glass doors to a deep all-weather veranda.
